Our Guest Guidelines - Desert Skies Resort

SMOKING: All our units are <strong>non-smoking</strong>, including all areas around the house. Also no candles or incense please.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in time is 3 PM for the smaller units and 4PM for the Muley Twist House. Check-out time is 10 AM.

DEPOSITS: When you book direct, a 50% deposit will be charged to your credit card with the remaining balance charged 7days prior to arrival.

QUIET TIME: For the comfort of all our guests, we ask to keep noise at a minimum between the hours of 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.

EARLY/LATE CHECK INS: We reserve the right to charge up to $100/hr for late departures. We ask that any early check in OR late check out requests be made to us directly before arrival so that we can try to make accommodations. We cannot guarantee early/late times for guests.

PET POLICY: Pets are only permitted in the designated unit (Roadside Yurt). A one time, non-refundable pet fee of $30 is required at time of booking. Additional cleaning and damages charges may be assessed. We ask that pet owners be mindful of the other guests and keep dog(s) on leash(es) while outside as well as pick up after them. Dogs are not to be left unattended in the unit.

We reserve the right to charge guests up to $250 that bring unapproved pets to units other than the Roadside Yurt.

LOST AND FOUND:

-Found items are securely stored for 30 days.

-If an item is not claimed within this period, it will be donated or discarded.

-Guests are responsible for all shipping costs, plus an additional $15 handling fee

-While we do our best to safeguard lost items, the hotel is not responsible for any damage or loss during shipping.

Desert Skies Eco Resort reserves the right to charge extra for any stolen property and/or damages to rooms and room contents including overly soiled or damaged furnishings, towels, and linens.
